Region: You can create regions or states of a country using the Region Creation module. This helps the diaspora member to select the region he comes from after selecting the country of origin. When the country add new regions to their existing administrative divisions, Country ERP can be used to effect the change. For instance, Ghana has recently add six more regions to their ten existing ones and DiaspoApp Country ERP administrator will do the additions in the system to allow diaspora members to register their home town regions.
District: You can also create districts in each region of the country of origin and country of residence. This helps the diaspora member to select his country of origin, his region and district. He can also select his country of residence, the region or state he is living and the district as well.
CANTONS OR SUBDISTRICTS
You can also create the cantons or arrondissements or subdistricts using Country ERP. This helps the diaspora member to select even the arrondissement or cantons he hails from.
VILLAGES OR HOME TOWNS
Village is the last country administrative division which is the home town or village where the diaspora member is coming from. To create a village, you must select the country of origin, the region, the district, then the canton and the home town.
MANAGING HOMELAND COMMUNITY
Just like diaspora members register into their respective diaspora communities, those at home also register in their Homeland Communities. DiaspoApp is not only for diasporans but also those living in the country of origin and they are stored into the Homeland Community database. The Homeland community Database is also as a recipient for diaspora members who are returning to their home and settled in their homeland country.
In DiaspoApp you use the Transfer module to transfer their data back into the homeland community the same way we transfer them into another country of residence when they move from one country to another.
